Rebecca Raketti
President
My name is Rebecca and I started Viper Industrial with my husband Darl in 2005. I’ve been a small business owner for over 40 years, when my husband and I started D&B Septic Services, in Dorintosh, Sk.
I love working in my family-run business as everyone in the company supports each other and works well together. I support all aspects of the business and act as a sounding board for Michelle, Steve, and Owen.
When I’m not in the office I spend time in the great outdoors kayaking and hiking. I also love to travel whenever I can.
Steve Raketti
Owner/Operator
Hi, I’m Steve, aka “The Tank Whisperer” and I am one of the owners of Viper Industrial, and you can find me in the field, supervising, operating and mentoring my team.
I’ve been involved in the family business’s since I first received my driver’s license at age 16. I’m self trained and really love the work we do. We perform dangerous work safely, and I find that incredibly fulfilling. Around Viper, I’m known as the guy with the highest standards – and I’ll let you know if they’re not met.
When I’m not ‘whispering’ to the tanks I enjoy spending time on my hobby farm, offroading trucks, and messing around in my shop.
Owen Raketti
Owner/Supervisor
I’m Owen, I am one of the owners of Viper Industrial, my role is best suited in the field as a supervisor and operator. I take pride in the work that Viper is known for, and like to be involved in the hands-on side of our projects.
My parents were devoted to their business and worked incredibly hard back in the early 80’s, instilling the values that hard work pays off. Together in 2005 we seen an opportunity to start a new chapter in business and set out to start Viper. I have an education as a millwright and thorough experience and knowledge in high pressure cleaning and equipment.
I enjoy hunting and fishing in my spare time, and when not in the oil field you can find me enjoying what nature has to offer (probably in a deer stand in a farmers field).
Michelle Raketti
Office Manager, CFO
My name is Michelle Raketti, I am the office manager at Viper Industrial. My role is to ensure that Viper not only meets our customers expectations when it comes to delivering quality services, but to continue the company’s reputation of strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive team atmosphere to work in.
My original background is in tourism, which is still a strong passion of mine. My driving force is to maintain the Legacy my father has left behind.
When I’m not at Viper you could find me at a wellness seminar, traveling to a new destination, or at home creating memories with my family.
Holly Lussier
Safety Administrator
My name is Holly, and I joined Viper in 2021 as the Safety Administrator. Prior to Viper, I was a safety officer in the Oil Sands and later moved to Bonnyville where I spent nine years as a pipe coordinator for a local trucking company. During my time there I trained and mentored staff in carrying out job roles in a safe and efficient manner. I love to be kept busy and enjoy expanding my knowledge in the oil field sector. Viper has given me the incentive and the opportunity to achieve my NCSO recertification and I am grateful for that.
When I’m not at the office brainstorming ideas on how to maintain our employee’s engagement with our H&S management program, you can find me hanging out with my beloved dog Charlie.
Karon Fehr
Administrative Assistant
Hi there, my name is Karon and I am Viper’s office administrator. I make sure that everything in the office stays organized and people are kept in order. I am an outgoing people-person who is always pleasant. I really love the friendly, welcoming atmosphere we’ve cultivated here at Viper.
When I’m not in the office I love to read a good book, and in the few months of the year it’s not -40℃, I enjoy gardening and using my green thumb!
Michael Church
Field Supervisor
My name is Michael and I am one of Viper’s Supervisor’s. I’ve worked in the industry for many years learning all facets of the industry. I’ve worked with Viper since 2019 and really enjoy the family atmosphere Viper has, and the fact that it’s owned and operated by a tight-knit family makes everyone feel welcome.
When I’m not in the field, I enjoy spending time outdoors hunting and fishing
Richard Gorst
Field Supervisor
My name is Richard, and I am a Field Supervisor with Viper Industrial Cleaning Services. I have over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and the majority of my time in the energy sector has been working inside plants and performing turnarounds. I love working at Viper for the great team atmosphere and the variety of projects we work on.
If you can’t find me onsite, just head on over to where the action is – I love getting my hands dirty while getting everything else clean! When I’m not at work, I love spending as much time as I can in the mountains.
Shawn Blehm

Dale Runzer
Shop Foreman
Hi there, I’m Dale and I oversee the repairs and maintenance of Viper’s fleet of equipment, as well as any other projects that get thrown my way.
I’m a Journeyman Heavy Equipment technician and have been with Viper since 2018 and I have been working on heavy equipment since 2012.
I’m known as the run around guy – I keep things going along with the rest of the maintenance team. One of my favourite things about working with Viper is the diversity in projects we get to work on, as well as the freedom and flexibility the company offers.
When I’m not at work I’m spending time on the farm, whether that’s enjoying the chance to be in the tractors or hanging out with the cows.
Denise Crooks
Parts Manager and Purchaser
My name is Denise and I am Viper Industrial’s ‘professional shopper’. I make sure that every job will have all the parts and materials it needs and that all the equipment is ready to go, but I’m also considered to have high pockets, I love looking for a good deal. I’ve worked with Viper since 2021, but I have years of experience as a Journeyman Parts Technician. I love working at Viper as it has a small family feel, and I really like that we can laugh together and know everyone who works here.
Outside of work I enjoy riding my motorcycle, hosting family dinners, and being a barrel of laughs
Devon McCormack
Apprentice Mechanic
My name is Devon and I’ve worked with Viper Industrial since 2018. I’m a heavy duty mechanic apprentice with tons of field experience. I perform a lot of the repairs and regular maintenance on our trucks and equipment. I love working with Viper as it’s a family based company and they treat the whole team like part of the family.
When I’m not making sure all our trucks are ready to leave at any moment, I enjoy playing hockey or practically anything to do with the outdoors – except for raking leaves, nothing grinds my gears more.
Matt Riordon
Operator
Hi there, I’m Matt and I have worked with Viper Industrial since 2019. I’m often called the loudest on site, but that’s simply because I know what I’m talking about! I have lots of experience working with semi-vac trucks, water and high pressure pumps, as well as the chemical unit. I really enjoy that Viper takes on challenges and works to solve problems together. Working with a crew is one of the best parts of the job!
When I’m not on site I enjoy working on cars and fixing up computers, as well as spending time with my daughter. Hopefully soon I’ll be teaching her to work on cars and computers with me!
Jessie Ouimet
Labourer
Hi, my name is Jessie and I work with Viper in as an operator and labourer. I pride myself on following instructions well and learning something new everyday. Each day in the field is a new experience! I’ve worked with the company since 2020 and I have come to really appreciate the positive atmosphere.
When I’m not on call I love to spend time outdoors. My favourite activities include side-by-siding and relaxing by a campfire.
Travis Gordon
Industrial Technician
My name is Travis and I’ve been working as an industrial tech for Viper Industrial since 2021. I didn’t have any training in the cleaning industry before, but through the company provided hands-on training, I have learned a lot. I really enjoy working for Viper as there’s a strong team dynamic and we’re all treated like part of the family. I’ve been described as the workhorse of the team, and that’s just how I like it!
When I’m not out on site I enjoy working on and fixing up vehicles or playing with my son.
