Introduction
This was a dual plant turnaround and was the first time doing a turnaround for this client. The project included a large scope of tank cleaning and exchanger tube, shell and bundle cleaning.
The Challenge
Ensuring that all equipment and personnel were ready to execute the work as soon as each scope was handed over to Viper and completed within the client’s time frame and to the spec requested.
There were multiple other vendors working on the same project in different parts of the plant adding to the congestion in the plant. Keeping on schedule and incident free was a major concern for the client.
The Solution
Viper was able to fulfill the customer requests by being proactive and engaged in each job. This resulted in excellent work being done on time or ahead of schedule. Viper was able to take on additional job scopes to help the client in other areas and have a successful turnaround.
The Results

The customer commented on how efficient and experienced our team was and how we understood the importance of executing the work to their exact requirements.
The whole project scope that was awarded to Viper plus additional work added was completed with the full satisfaction from the client and incident free. Further projects are already being discussed with the client for future Industrial Cleaning needs.
